Kirsten Simone Vangsness, an American actor and playwright who rose to fame after appearing as 'Penelope' Garcia on the crime procedural drama television show "Criminal Minds" she is an incredibly well-known American. Kirsten vangsness also appeared in both of the spin-offs "Criminal Minds Beyond Borders" and "Criminal Minds: suspect behavior". Although she's primarily acting on TV shows but she also has played small parts in film since making her debut in the television show business in the year 1998.
